Spanish Cooking Class is given at a charming cooking school at a market in Madrid’s trendy Salamanca neighbourhood, perfectly equipped for a hands on class. Learn how to prepare Spain’s flagship dishes, such as paella, Spanish omelette tortilla de patatas, and a seasonal dessert and an appetizer even the typical Sangria.
After the class you can enjoy a well deserved lunch with the dishes you prepared, paired with different Spanish wines. The cooking class is led by an expert bilingual (English/Spanish) local chef. Recipes will be handed to the assistants days after by E-mail.
