Shopping in Madrid

Shopping in Madrid

If you have a larger budget for shopping and are looking for only Spain’s best, top-quality fashions then you want to go to ABC Serrano, the most affluent mall in Madrid.

In Ortega y Gasset, celebrities often come to these parts of the city to sample the best stores wares.

For the more practical shoppers, Principe Pio is a great mall conveniently located on top of a train and bus station. Because of its placement, it is often quite busy. What is nice about this shopping space is that it is not outdoor, like many other shops in Spain, but is fully covered and air conditioned. Principe Pio should have all of your favourite stores as well.

Lastly, for those of you who love to hunt for a great sale or search for that vintage piece of clothing you’ve been dreaming about you are in luck. One of the coolest shopping spaces in Madrid is located in between two awesome districts, on Fuencarral and Hortaleza.

This is the home for many of the cities hipsters, intellectuals, homosexuals and hardcore hippies. Therefore, it is hard not to have a good time exploring these streets.
